Still sore months after an injury?A doctor can check if BPC-157 may help your body repair it.
BPC-157 is a peptide, a tiny piece of protein like the ones your body already makes. It may help your body grow new blood vessels at a sore tendon, ligament or muscle, so more of its own repair cells reach it. It may also help with gut problems that keep coming back. New to peptides? Here is how you get BPC-157 legally, in 3 steps.
- 1
Answer a few questions
It takes 60 seconds, so the doctor knows your injury and your health before the call.
- 2
Pay R99 and a doctor phones you
A registered South African doctor usually phones within 30 minutes to talk it through with you.

The doctor decides if it suits you
If it does, our own licensed pharmacy makes your pen and keeps it cold all the way to your door.
What the doctor actually asks you on the call. It is a normal doctor consultation, not a sales call. Expect the doctor to go through your answers and your health history, and to decide whether a peptide is safe and right for you.
Then the doctor tells you whether a peptide suits you at all. If it does not, they say so and tell you why. Nothing is prescribed, and you pay nothing more than the R99.
Tendon and ligament injuries heal slowly because very little blood reaches them. BPC-157 may help your body grow new blood vessels there.
Blood carries the oxygen, nutrients and repair cells your body needs to fix an injury, so a spot with a poor blood supply can stay sore for months.
- It may help your body build new, tiny blood vessels at the sore spot, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to where you are hurt.
- It may help draw in the repair cells your body already makes and guide them into damaged tissue.
- It may help protect and repair the lining of your gut.
Clarve makes BPC-157 in our own licensed pharmacy in Johannesburg, from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients that are lab-tested to be at least 98% pure.
Why an injury can stay sore for months, and how BPC-157 may help your body repair it.
A tendon has far fewer blood vessels than a muscle, so far less blood reaches it when it is hurt. That is the real reason a tendon injury can drag on for months while a pulled muscle settles in weeks.
Blood is what fixes an injury. It carries the oxygen, the food your cells need and the repair cells your body sends to damaged tissue. A muscle is packed with blood vessels, which is why a pulled muscle usually settles within a few weeks.
A tendon is not. Tendons and ligaments have very few blood vessels, so far less of that blood reaches them. The same injury in a tendon can still hurt months later, even after you rested it, saw a physio and took anti-inflammatories.

Blood carries the oxygen, nutrients and repair cells your body needs to fix an injury. A tendon gets very little of it, so it can stay sore for months.
This is where BPC-157 comes in. It is a peptide, a tiny piece of protein, based on a substance your stomach already makes to protect itself.
It may help your body grow new, tiny blood vessels into the sore spot, and may help draw in the repair cells you already make. Your body does the repairing. The peptide may help it get what it needs to do the job.

BPC-157 may help your body grow new blood vessels at the sore spot, so more of your own repair cells reach the damage.
So why a pen, and not a pill? A peptide is a short chain of amino acids. Most peptides are broken apart by your stomach before your body can use them, which is why they are injected under the skin instead of swallowed.
A small injection skips your stomach, so the chain arrives whole and your doctor knows exactly what reached you and how much. That is why Clarve makes BPC-157 as a ready-to-use pen, never as a capsule, spray or cream.

Most peptides are broken apart by your stomach before your body can use them, which is why they are injected under the skin instead of swallowed.
It may also help protect and repair the lining of your gut, which is why people ask a doctor about it for gut problems as well as for injuries.
What it is not: a painkiller, and not a guarantee. A registered doctor decides whether it suits you at all, and tells you straight if it does not.
BPC-157 is not for you if one of these is true.
- You have an active or recent cancer diagnosis, and no clearance from your specialist
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are an athlete who gets drug-tested for your sport
Like any medicine, BPC-157 is not right for everyone. That is why a registered doctor reads your health history before anything is prescribed.
BPC-157 bought without a prescription has no doctor and no lab test behind it.
Most people in South Africa get peptides from someone at the gym, a friend or a seller on WhatsApp. Nobody checks what is inside, or whether it suits them. Compare that with a doctor and a licensed pharmacy.

A doctor who knows peptides
Before anything is prescribed or made, a registered South African doctor looks at your health history and what you want help with, and decides whether BPC-157 is safe and suitable for you. If it isn’t, they tell you why and what to do instead.
Made in Clarve’s own licensed pharmacy
Clarve has its own licensed compounding pharmacy in Johannesburg. We make your medicine to your doctor’s prescription, with your name on it, not a powder from an unlicensed seller.
Every ingredient is lab-tested
Cheap peptides from personal trainers and unlicensed sellers are often research grade, which means they were made for lab experiments, not for people. We only use pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, and each one is tested in a lab to check it is at least 98% pure before we make your pen.
One sore spot, or several? Your doctor decides which peptide fits you.
As a general guide, people ask about BPC-157 when one spot is sore, and about TB4 when several places are sore. Some people use both together.

BPC-157 is used for pain in one place. TB4 is used more widely when several places are sore. Your doctor decides which one fits you, or whether you need both.

BPC-157
Used for one sore spot
Used for one problem area, such as a tendon, a ligament, a muscle or the gut. It may help your body repair the damage right where it hurts.
Used across the whole body
TB4
It may act more widely across your body. It may help move repair cells to where they are needed, in more than one place at a time.

BPC-157 may help at the injury itself, while TB4 may help more widely across your body. Your doctor decides at the R99 consult whether you need both or whether one is enough.
